Van’s is a well-equipped facility serving the commercial, defense and aerospace industries since 1976.  We are a midsized family owned machine shop specializing in CNC machining of complex metal parts. With over three decades of CNC machining experience and 20 employees, Van’s can respond to your machining requirements with manufacturing expertise and excellent customer service.

We are able to accommodate prototype and production runs (small or large) with our 15 CNC machining centers in a 9000 square foot workshop with a team of highly skilled programmers and machinists.  Using the latest in multi-axis machining technology (4 and 5 axis) Van’s has improved capabilities to increase quality and efficiency.

CAD/CAM

We use a CAD/CAM system to generate CNC machine programs.  By utilizing the latest CAD/CAM software we are able to program parts from many types of customer supplied CAD files.  This enhances our spindle utilization time, and allows us to develop efficient machining programs.

ERP System

Van’s utilizes an ERP system that allow us to monitor and track all aspects of the business inside one easy-to-use and highly customizable software system.

Quality / Inspection

We have extensive inspection capabilities to ensure that the final product complies with all drawing and contractual requirements.
